Zach Sobiech is the high school senior from Minnesota we were talking about this morning.
When Zach was 13, he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Recently the prognosis got worse--doctors told Zach he only has until this May to live.
"The day I found out, it was a nightmare kind of thing," said Zach. "You just didn't really want to accept it. You are in complete denial."
Zach decided to take a positive approach. He wrote and recorded a song called "Clouds" as a thank you to everyone that has stood by him during his battle.
We played a bit of "Clouds" on KRZ this morning, but I thought you needed to hear the entire thing.
Wow! It's amazing song from a one-of-a-kind kid. Quite the inspiration.
