Sometimes God gives you friends that are so good you feel like you don't really deserve them. This weekend I got to hang out with my chica who's tops on that list: DESIREE! People call her my twin (I think you can see why). When life gets me down, or I get super stressed, all it takes is fifteen minutes with her and I feel sane again.
So Saturday night we hung out at Bar Louie to watch Graces Downfall (ORIGINAL local music - YEAH!!! Love them...) and we were joined by our two hysterical guy friends Trevor and John. Laughed so much my cheeks hurt. To make the night even more special, Desiree informed me we are GOING TO SEE NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK/98 DEGREES/BOYS 2 MEN IN CONCERT THIS SUMMER!!! Because she spent all Saturday morning on the phone when tickets went on sale for the Philly show - she even got us killer seats! Eeeeeeeee!!!
I tell ya, friends like this are hard to come by! So Des, THANK YOU so much for hooking us up, I can't wait to spend June 15 with you! And bloggity peeps, I'm warning you now - there will be SEVERAL giddy fangirl ramblings and concert pics round about that time! We are gonna have SOOOOOOOO much fun!
Trevor and John didn't seem jealous at all that we got tickets..... I wonder why.... haha
